Hello. Is there any way to start over by deleting everything but not really deleting everything? I know that doesn’t make sense, but my library has truly gotten really bad and I have folders that are showing twice and it is just plain annoying. I would love to start over if that’s possible?

Thank you. I was able to find the location and deleted the folder. However, when I opened the plex app again now I am seeing all the folders with the yellow triangle on them. It didn’t delete all the folders. It left more of a mess now 
Have you (a) stopped the Plex Media Server before deleting its data folder and (b) proceeded with the step “Remove All Data and Settings” from the bottom of the support article page?
Yes. I think I got it working now. Had to manually unpin everything but at least they are all gone now.
