I had my movie library set up with my preferred cover posters and backgrounds, but today everything reset back to the default artwork. This has happened a few times now, and each time I have to manually set all the artwork again. Does anyone know why this keeps happening, and whether there’s a setting that prevents it?
Settings - [server name] - Library - “ Empty trash automatically after every scan”
Keep this off at all times, if your media storage is not locally inside of the Plex server machine.
