Plex posters randomly changing

So I am having a little bit of trouble with my Plex server keeping poster art I am selecting the poster art but for some reason it is taking a screenshot of the random scene in the movie placing it at the bottom of the poster art list and reverting back to that every time I select the artwork but it’s not doing this for every movie and my library only for select ones and not the same ones every time a few of them seem to be regulars but most of the time it seems to just be a random selection of movies anywhere from 5 to 20 movies The two images below are screenshot from my server of what I am talking about the movie that I took screenshots of is one of the ones that always seems to change not one of the random ones

please note do not make fun of me or not using punctuations or having proper grammar I am disabled and use programs to help me that are not always good about punctuations I am not a dummy or an invalid I do know a lot about what I’m talking about even though I don’t use a lot of the right words

I had a similar issue if you have a single place where all your movies are stored move your media somewhere else make new folder inside the original folder have Plex scan your library it may take a couple of minutes for it to delete all the movies but don’t worry your watch History will still be there after the scan is complete move everything extra folder and scan again

Whatever you do do not refresh the metadata of your whole Library that’s what causes this bug at least for right now I’m not sure if it’s just for manual or Auto refreshing metadata but that’s what causes it right now I don’t know about the problem I’m having with individual things missing
