Lifetime Plex Pass Account Without Any Paid Features Available

I have a lifetime Plex Pass, however none of the Plex Pass features are available in the app on either my iPhone or iPad after updating my app to the new Redesigned UI.

Things I’ve Tried to Fix

  • Restarted My Devices
  • Logged out and Logged back in.
  • Tried both Stable & Beta release.
  • Uninstalled App and Reinstalled App.
  • Confirmed I’m logged into the correct account.
