Purchased lifetime Plex Pass in Dec 2017. When I open the Plex Server app on my QNAP NAS, it shows a “Go Premium” button and not indication that I have the Plex Pass. I opened the Plex Server app on a PC using the “Brave” browser. Also tried on the Microsoft Edge browser with same result. I DID change computers a few months ago… could some of that info be stored on the other computer?
… solved my own issue. I had used my Google account login… however, when I originally set up the server, I had created an using my email and PW. When I logged out and used the email address, it worked and the Plex Pass was active…
