LIFETIMEOFCOMFORT code already expired?!

I cancelled my automatic Google Play billing (it expired today) so I could buy the lifetime plex pass and now on the billing screen it says the LIFETIMEOFCOMFORT code is invalid or expired.

Before my Google Play subscription expired it wouldn’t let me even choose the lifetime pass but now it does but the code looks like it expired a day early. I tried on 11/28/2021 at 9:30PM MST. It should be good for another 24 hours or so.

It’s working over here. Plus, you’re correct as there is still more than half day of time left.
I suggest to try on web browser on computer. URL is Black Friday | Plex and click on Upgrade Now button and follow from there.

I tried on my Windows 10 PC using Chrome. I clicked the Black Friday link on the banner at the top of the screen. When I tried this before it told me I couldn’t upgrade because my current monthly subscription was being billed through Google Play. Now that subscription has expired but it won’t take the code. I’ll try again first thing tomorrow morning.

You can try cancelling subscription from this page: Sign In | Plex
if you see the option. After cancellation you can proceed to upgrade normally.

It already says my subscription is inactive. And in my dashboard (in Chrome on Windows) it now has a big Go Premium button at the top which was never there before. So I think my Plex Pass is already disabled. Maybe it’s a bug thinking my Google Play subscription is still active today. Hopefully it’ll reset tomorrow before the sale ends.

Seems like it yeah. Hope you catch it before time. Good luck!

Ok, tech support was able to fix it by removing my current subscription manually. I was just able to buy the lifetime plex pass on sale and I’m super happy.
