Limited view 720p from other network

Hello, I am new, and sorry If I don’t provide needed information,.
I do not understand, why having premium, I still have limited view for 720 p? WHy not at least 1080p??

Check the remote streaming bandwidth settings in the Plex client.

The default setting is 720p.

Try increasing it to Maximum. If you have trouble with video buffering, you can lower it to a level that works.

You will also need to check the remote access settings on your Plex Server.

Settings → Server_Name → Remote Access
Set Internet upload speed to reflect the upload speed at the server location.
Set Limit remote stream bitrate to the desired rate.

Chances are that your server is not directly accessible from outside of your home network. Therefore all clients are forced to use the Plex Relay connection, which is limited to 1mbps (for Plex Pass owners it is 2 mbps).

You need to clarify whether you can improve your server’s connectivity: Troubleshooting Remote Access | Plex Support

I tried everything. nothing, it says " Fully accessible outside your network"
minutes after it is not.
always dropping off.

But you saying that it is possible to watch from outside my home network , at 4k ?

Play a video from a remote location (phone over mobile network, etc).

While playing, go to Plex Dashboard → Now Playing. Toggle the button to expand the view.

Is the connection displayed as local, remote, or indirect?

If indirect, then remote access is not working correctly.
