First time posting here but been using Plex for years, the issue I have when at work using Plex
on phone the file is 1080p but it’s playing at 480p but I’m running 180mb internet.
I’ve got all streaming settings in app and on PC at home set to max/unlimited.
I found the remote access is green but after a few mins goes to red saying “not available outside your network”
All I want is to be able to watch in full quality remotely on my phone (Samsung S22 Ultra)
Did you already have a look at the related troubleshooting support article or check the server dashboard while attempting to stream something remotely (e.g. if the stream is considered Remote or Indirect)?
