Has there been any talk on having the DVR use the RTC bios support to wake the server before a recording is scheduled?
I have been searching google and there appears to be no way to have the Plex Media Server sleep and wake up for scheduled recordings.
Seems being able to wake from sleep should be a highly desired feature so the server is not drawing power 24x7
Search first if the request has already been posted before. The goal is to collect the votes for a particular feature in one thread - not to scatter them around.
