List view is missing, not all of us are children
No need to ever see Home, Recommended, etc, Let me set home screen to one library IN LIST VIEW.
Menus back on left, instead of where some CHILD wanted placed

You can default libraries to open in Browse mode in the Experience settings. (it is still a grid not a list though)

You say some of us are not children, but your post sounds childish. 
Do you realize how many people are going to cancel their plex pass due to this awful new UI? Selecting a library has become a chore. It worked perfectly for a decade and you move it to the top? Where we need to then click the three little dots? Lol what a joke. I’m currently setting up Jellyfin and I’ll be cancelling my plex pass in the next few days. It was a good run I guess, make sure to give a raise to the genius who ■■■■■■ this up.

Is there a reason for List not being available? For your old personal media library users like myself, list allowed me to easily navigate through titles that can run a bit long (in my case old baseball games) rather than having to hover over a tile and wait for the title to scroll.

I too have big issue with the LIST being gone. I used it EVERY DAY to easily watch my personal content that is added daily to different ‘shows’. The list allows to easily browse newest to oldest content and see every episodes title with a simple scroll. Now all I get is the Show name and must click into it to see the new show title. As the grid screen only shows the Show Name instead of the title, so there is not even option to see title scroll even when filter is for episodes, so going into the Show details takes about 20 seconds to respond, so it is no longer practical to use anymore for browsing the daily updates to my libraries. I really would like to get the list view back. Also, most of the time when browsing my libraries I cannot get to the left menu items (recommend, browsw), I see my Ultra is getting the signal when I press remote but nothing happens. The only way to resolve this once it starts is to restart the ultra device. Anothe issue, is I also can’t seem to find how to customize the Home screen, how do I remove the Roku profit center content, I have no desire to ever watch any of it, why am I forced to have it on MY home screen, I paid for this. When I bought it none of this was even available, now it is pushed hard to try to get in front of my eyes. I feel all the top level menu items should be optional, for example can I remove ‘On Demand’ and ‘Plex Channels’. I have never and will never watch it, it is not why I bought plex. Why do I need to see it every time I try to watch my content I have loaded to plex. I feel I am being strong armed into something here and it does not feel right. I have really enjoyed plex but now I can no longer get the list feature that I used every day, I need to restart my Roku now at least once a day due to plex gets to state of no responses to remote, also I feel I am being pushed more and more into the Roku profit center content, which is not how to treat a loyal customer. I started with a great product that meet my needs, now I am having a lot of junk pushed on to me. I had never considered alternatives before as plex meet my needs, but now I feel I am forced to consider the competition. I saying this to vent, I think plex knows all of these facts but are now really just interested in building an ad based profit model and if it requires losing the old customers and finding new one for ad based streaming then that is what they plan to do.
