Hello everyone. I have been having an ongoing issue with my over-the-air channel guide. I have to go into the Plex app daily and manually refresh the channel guide. If I do not refresh the guide at least daily the channels display unknown airing on all channels. I have removed the tuner and re-added it multiple times. I have turned off ad-blockers and honestly do not know what else to check. Is there some setting I am missing that can auto-update the guide?
The EPG is supposed to refresh nightly during the maintenance window. In Plex Web, if you go to Settings → Scheduled Tasks, what do you have as your start and end task times? I believe the default is to start at 1:00AM and end at 6:00AM. If you have reduced this window then the butler may not have time to finish all tasks, possibly including your EPG refresh. Also, is you Plex server up, available, and does it have internet access during your scheduled task window?
Assuming you have debug level logs turned on, then take a look at your Plex Server Logs during the time of your maintenance window. Search for “RefreshEpgGuides”. You should see the butler schedule it for execution during the window, and then you should see the butler start the EPG refresh during the maintenance window with a message “Starting delayed task RefreshEpgGuides”. The activity will then be assigned a activity code on a line with “Refreshing guide data”. Do you see this happening in your debug level logs, and are there any errors?

Thanks for the reply. My window was shortened a bit and was from 2:00 AM to 5:00 AM. I extended those hours to see if it helps. If it does not help, I will upload the debug server log to see if I can get some additional help.
