Live TV Channel Grid not working

Server Version#: Version 1.15.4.993
Player Version#: Web Version 3.95.2

My Live TV Channel Guide is not working on my web players when using local access. It doesn’t give me the option for the grid style guide anymore.

But if I use the plex.tv access, then the the channel grid guide works fine.
Web Version: Version 3.97.4

This has been happening for the last few updates.

Have you cleared cache,app and temp files from your browser? Try a different browser.
