Hello everyone.
I am a user who really loves plex.
I have installed Plex (1.23.4.4805) on qnap and am using it by connecting a Live TV with HDHomerun.
Unfortunately my plex player ran into a problem.
Please see the picture of 3 Plex Players connecting to the same Plex server.
Figure 1 shows that the Plex player 1.48.2.3124-647ff031 just installed does not display a grid in the guide of LiveTV and only shows the phrase “No channels currently available”.
on the other side,
Figure 2 and Plex Media Player (4.29.2)
In the web connection shown in Figure 3, the guide of Live TV works normally.
Actually, this is not the only problem.
I have the same problem with the Plex app on my LG TV.
Anyone know how to solve this problem?
