Dont get me wrong, i’m very happy with the help I got from @OttoKerner!
I hope he knows this 
But you can use Plex for free, unless you want to use the Live Tv function.
So, I got the plex pass for this reason.
But when i’m paying for a function and i cannot use it because the list is not maintained and i’m not given an alternativ scanning option, that’s where i think it seems off.
You can’t expect free stuff to come with support, at least i dont.

The point is:
There is no ‘Elevated Support’ by having a Plex Pass.
Everyone gets the same level of support - and luckily, Otto doesn’t discriminate…lol
