Scanning Hdhomerun Dual on Plex Live & DVR Setup yields no channels found but Hdhomerun software brings in 45+ channels.

Just purchased Plex Premium to see if I could record OTA channels from Hdhomerun Dual (old white one HDHR-US). Hdhomerun software plays 45+ channels for me but setting up in Plex Live & DVR yields “No channels found”

Am I missing a piece or a step somewhere - I’ve tried resetting both device and updating Plex from previous non-premium use as Plex server on LAN.
