server is a dedicated plexserver based upon win11 24H2 enterprise ltsc IoT. there is literally, nothing else on it but plex. i have it setup at work (a TV station) with a massive antenna so signal quality is as perfect as it can get.
the box has 32Gigs of ram and is based upon an i9-9900k, with all the latest drivers and patches.
I’ve been trying to figure out why, when remote streaming, the HW transcoding isn’t kicking in. i could swear that it was working when i first built the box (about a month or so ago)… DVR seemed to be working well also up until last weekend where i attempted to DVR a couple of shows and it only got the first 10 or so minutes and then stopped.
I went so far as waiting to get an hdmi dummy plug installed this morning (just to see), but that didn’t matter (figured it wouldn’t) before submitting logs to see if there is anything wrong.
any assistance is greatly appreciated.
