Server Version#: 1.15.3.876
I recently added Live TV & DVR and could view the EPG on the Plex Media Server on my QNAP TVS-1282, but after updating to 1.15.3.876 I get the grid view when I select Live TV & DVR from the sidebar but the EPG is gone. I’m new to Plex and NAS, so I’m not sure if I changed something or am just missing something.
If you reinstall the older version on top, does it work again?
No, I reloaded the previous version but it is still not there
I will move this to DVR. I’m sorry I can’t help more but no longer have DVR capability here (no usable tuner)
You might need to reinitialize the DVR (not a pleasant though but I’ve seen it happen)

Just FYI. I did delete the DVR then reinstalled. It did not bring the EPG back.
I’m not sure I understand. If you’re getting the grid view, that is the EPG. Are you saying it’s empty? Or?
If you’re doing this from a web browser, maybe you could provide a screen shot?
And what happens when you select “Guide” (right below “Live TV & DVR” in the dropdown menu that is displayed)?
That is strange; and I noticed that “Guide” is missing on the left… it should not say “Live TV & DVR” in orange / as a link – that’s where Guide should be.
I haven’t seen this issue before so maybe someone else can chime in?
Also, there’s a new beta version of the server, you might try that?
Thanks. I just updated the server to 1.15.4.919. No change. I deleted the DVR and reinstalled as well. It is strange, I appreciate you looking at it.
Hey, does the same thing happen if you use the hosted web client instead of your local one? In other words, what does it look like when you go to: https://app.plex.tv/desktop
That works and shows the EPG
