Right, your problem probably is the fact that the new EPG wasn’t even half baked before they moved to it - we are all having issues.
Which is your region and who is your provider (Freeview, BT, Sky…)? Its possible that you might want to delete your DVR and set it up again chasing the “new” correct guide from the list.
Otherwise, I can only advise you to raise your issues with this form.
