How can I solve this problem? Will provide any logs needed, if told where to find them on a QNAP NAS.
This problem should have been resolved. Refresh your epg to check. The same issue was resolved this morning in Australia.

I installed Plex 1.21.1.3759 and refreshed the EPG and am still having the problem. See below. Is there something else I can try?
I upgraded to Plex 1.21.1.3766 and refreshed the EPG. I am still having this problem. Any updates on a resolution?

This is what fixed it for me. I had to delete and re-add my DVR. Then I had to reschedule my recordings. All is well now.
I upgraded to Plex 1.21.1.3795, deleted and re-added the DVR. This fixed my problem. All thumbnails are showing. Thank you for your help. This topic can be closed.
