Same problem here… IOS and AppleTV. Anyone have a fix or just hang tight until 1/22?
I posted overt there first, but went back and searched for stuttering and it seems that those posts aren’t related to the Live TV playback through Plex but all content.
I’m only seeing the stuttering with Live TV and only on my Apple TVs and iPads. It only started today after working flawlessly since I got my HDHomerun. Also, attempting to record a program from the apps that are having issues will crash the app.
Same here for both Live TV/DVR (local channels off HDHomeRun) and Plex Live TV (their streaming over IP). 2 days now. None of the data is populating in any of the guides. Apple TV, iPad, iPhone are all affected. Firestick is not.
Repeated power cycling of all devices on the network, telling the plex server to repopulate the guides, and also doing the same “channel refresh” on the HDHomeRun. Then also deleted and reinstalled the AppleTV app. None fixed it.

Mine is messed up exactly the same as the posters too… i removed my tuners etc… nothing fixes it.
Having same issue since updating to 1.25.2.5319.
Same issue here on my ATV and iphone. Worked fine on Plex Windows client. Obviously something happened with Apple being jinxed on Christmas Day…

G’day! Yeah I’m getting the same thing - guide data starts from 10am Jan 1st. I’m in Australia too.
Same issue here, thought I was going crazy til I saw it was fine on the shield tv
Current programming is still available in the “What’s On Now” tab, until this gets sorted out. It’s not a replacement for the Guide, but you can at least see what’s currently on.
I just removed and rebuild the guide. Nothing works. Has Plex reached out?

Same issue here. Started just before Christmas. iOS app continued to work while AppleTV did not. However this morning it’s now affecting iOS too. Web browser works fine. Using Xteve for IPTV on Synology and located in New Zealand
Same issue here. No EPG on Apple TV running version Plex 7.26. I have tried rebuilding the program guide, but no change.
Same thing for me also. I have deleted the Plex App and reinstalled. I have rebooted the Plex Server, I have recanned channels, and re-did the guide on the Plex Server and nothing fixes the issue.
Anyone from Plex monitoring this?
I was trying different things and found that the live tv on Plex grid is also empty. The person who mentioned midnight 1 Jan 2022 utc may be onto something as that is when my guide resumes working.
