Same here - Problem appears on Apple TV (TVOS 15.2), iOS (14.8.1), AND iPadOS (15.2). Looks fine on MacOS App (Big Sur).

Same here. Client is Apple TV 4k. Plex version 7.26. Guide works on all other non Apple TV clients.

Same issue here, I tried removing the TV tuner and then adding it back. No luck, just on apple TV and iOS. works on web.

OK, itā€™s been a few days and I have this problem also on all my iOS devices. I have a lifetime subscription and thought that I would at least have a path to get some kind of support for this but apparently no. Also when this problem started with a guide data, my video started stuttering for live TV also. Obviously it is an apple problem because when I switch to my shield or my TiVo streamer I donā€™t have any of these problems. Plex Support, where are you?

I uninstalled Plex MediaServer, and installed an old version from August, plex-media-server-1-24-1-4931. The guide is working again on my Apple TV and iPad. You have to force close the apple tv / ios Plex app and re-open to get it to refresh the guide.

Good luck. It took them 2 years just to get the guide to refresh to the current time.

I tried rolling back just one version to 1.25.1.5286 and that didnā€™t resolve the situation. Didnā€™t really want to roll all the way back to 1.24.1-4931 out of fear of some unintended consequences as that seemed like a big jump backwards.

Bump - affected as well, on all my apple branded devices. Web Client and FireTV works fine.
