Live TV/ DVR not working after server update

Server Version#: 1.18.1.1973 (windows)
Player Version#: 1.3.1.916-1cb2c34d

Hi folks, after the latest server update I no longer can access the live TV/DRV on the windows web player. I tried deleting DVR and and re-setting it up but that didn’t work. I can view live tv through my android device and shield tv. Ideas?

I get the following error:
