Why can’t i see live TV and DVR on the Windows app? It tells me to consult the forums which isn’t much help. Sorry, newbie here.
That app hasn’t been updated in many years and so it does not support those features. It’s one of the reasons the app is no longer available. Please switch to the new Plex for Windows app from our website or Plex Media Player available here in our forums.
But if for some reason that version is already installed, then there’s a known issue that is fixed by installing the build from here
