The Windows Store Plex app no longer shows the “Live TV” option, but it is shown everywhere else including when I view my Plex server through the web or on my Apple TV or on the iOS mobile app. When I first setup my tuner it showed up in the Window Store Plex app, but at some point I realized it disappeared.

I’ve tried deleting & reinstalling the Windows Store Plex app, no change. Removing & setting back up my tuner on the Plex server, no change. I’m not really sure what else to try.

If you have streaming Live TV enabled at https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/online-media-sources then the Live TV source will be in the “Plex” area under MORE at the bottom

Ah hah! Thank you, and I don’t know how I didn’t notice it before, but it was hiding under the “More” menu all the way at the bottom under Plex. I feel like maybe it got moved at some point from being under my server header to being under the Plex header?

Either way, mystery solved. Thank you!

if you don’t have the streaming live TV enabled it will put your server based one will be called “Live TV & DVR” and be under your server header.

the reason is that it was combined a couple years ago so there is only one guide where you can select your server or the streaming live tv. (mediabox being my server in image below)
