At some point the past few months my Plex Roku Channel will no longer show the Live TV & DVR option in the sidebar (home customizations). I have reset the customization countless times removing everything except Live TV & DVR and it still will not show up.
The Live TV option will show and will show my recordings, but I can no longer view and schedule recordings from the Plex Roku Channel. I have to do it from the website on my Synology.
It is possible the change happened after I updated the Synology DSM to version 7 many months ago.
Troubleshooting steps: Restarted Synology, Updated Plex Server manually to latest version (see above), Removed Plex Roku Channel and restarted Roku then installed Plex Roku Channel
I am at a loss and have searched the Support site and Forums and have not found anything matching my issue.
Please help!
