Live TV / DVR transocoding with GPU

Is there currently anyway to get hardware transcoding to work with LiveTV/DVR?
I see the option for transcoding is in beta, on plex It uses my vm’s cpu’s. I have a quadro p2200 that I would prefer it to use. Regular transcodes of saved videos are done on the quadro, but the liveTV/DVR are not.

Is there a way to do this or request for this features?
