my live tv dvr streams have been getting killed after 2.5 hours on plex for android client 7.31. i read it could be dns rebinding because of my pfsense router but i have recently done all of the recommended fixes for dns rebinding in my pfsense router. i have now decided to update plex for android client to the newest version to see if that fixes it but now i get new errors in the client that says the stream was killed by my plex server with error : check tuner. and error: please check connection. my internet speed is 250mbps upload and download so i know its not a bandwidth problem.
I have new info. since my last post I have built a brand new PC and installed plex on it and am still having the same problem with my live TV streams from dizquetv to plex getting killed after a while when watching the streams remotely. dizquetv is set to direct play while my plex for android client is set to automatically adjust streams.

@BigWheel @ChuckPa please can you guys help me fix this?
some additional info, i have portforwarded port 32400 but will i need to forward port 32401 too? will that fix it?
this is the error that im having for more than a month that lead me to this post Live TV & DVR - Live TV stopped working after update when i google the error
ERROR - [Transcode] MDE: No part decision to choose from
it buffers every now and then until the stream finally gets killed after 10 minutes.
that is on the newest plex server update on windows 10 and newest plex for android client on my beelink gt-king.
if i downgrade my plex for android client to 7.31 and set allow insecure connections to “always” and enable the old player, the live tv streams last for 2 hours and 30 minutes before they get killed but theres no buffering.
for a real temporary fix, install PlexMediaServer-1.19.5.3112-b23ab3896-x86.exe and plex for android client 7.31 with allow insecure connections set to “always” and old player enabled. thank me later.
im past the 2.5 hour mark and still going strong, no kills and no buffering.
UPDATE:
at the 3 hour mark the buffering has started but still has not been killed.
That isn’t really the best advice since that version doesn’t use Gracenote for the EPG, not even sure it will import an XML file.
what is the first version that uses gracenote?
ive been playing my dizquetv streams for 5 hours straight. that required me to add the xml in the server for creating the tuner. but i do not have an epg. so what version of the android clientt starts with gracenote?
edited: upon taking another look, i do have an epg
1.21.0.3711. Dizquetv is likely the reason no one from Plex has responded since they are not responsible for it.
Have you tried the Dizquetv subreddit for help?

well it looks like i do have an epg and xml files do work. and the problem is actually a plex problem and yes i have been talking to the dizquetv dev on discord for the past few months about this problem.
i really dont like how people are quick to pass the blame because they are too lazy to do any work. this is plex live tv/dvr tuner problem with the newest server updates and the newest plex for android client combination.
so in other words, plex screwed up and refused to recognize the problem for months despite the numerous posts on this issue from people that were ignored and still charged monthly for a product they can no longer use. @Tiberius_13
so what im going to do is use this temporary fix and never update until the real fix is announced in the other persons thread i posted in here.
The problem has been fixed in a plex update as described in the comments here Live TV & DVR - Live TV stopped working after update
all you have to do is update to plex server 1.24 and plex for android client 8.25. also you might need to reboot your router after.
