I have a Hauppage WinTV Quad PCIe card I installed in my ubuntu server. Plex was able to see the card, I initially scanned for new channels, it found only 4 but I continued and it downloaded the guide. I re positioned my antennae and deleted the device, readded it, and tried to scan again but it cannot find the channel it originally found? Is there some of the old config stuck somewhere that I have to purge?

It would likely be with the system detecting the device.

Plex uses what the OS provides.

You can try to have the OS / udev look for it again.

sudo udevadm control --reload-rules
sudo udevadm trigger
