Live TV error w/HDHomerun for show starting in current 30 min time slot

Using an HD Homerun to watch live TV with various clients. When selecting a program to watch for the current time slot, example current time is 11:15am, and select a program from 11AM-noon, I receive an error.
If I select any program that started before the current time slot of 11AM, playback works with no issues.

  • Apple tvOS#: 13.2
    Plex Version#: 2.11.2 (1)
    error “Recording failed: Live TV - session”

  • Plex web version#: 4.16.4
    Same problem, and error:
    “Playback Error. Could not tune channel. Please check your tuner or antenna.”

  • Nvidia Shield#: 8.1.0
    Plex Version#: 7.23.0.13018
    Same problem, with error: “An error has occurred please try again later”

  • HDHomeRun CONNECT QUATRO
    Model: HDHR5-4US
    Firmware: 20190621

  • Plex server#: 1.18.2.2058 on Synology
