Live TV Failing to tune to channel

Hello,

All devices/players failing to tune to any channel with Live TV and DVR. Server version above, tried on android, pc, xbox, ios, android tv. Won’t even tune on local machine running server. All tuning works fine through HDhomerun app. Deleted and reinstalled tuners to no avail from server.
