Live TV Hauppauge DualHD missing channels

Server version: Version 1.13.3.5223
OS: Windows 10

Hi guys,

After some problems, I can finally scan for channels with my Hauppauge DualHD USB tuner. But there are a lot of missing channels. I have only about 50 active channels. The provider is Cablecom from Switzerland.
When I search for channels on the winTV Software, I can find all expected channels.
I hope someone can help me with this…
