Really want to pull the trigger on lifetime pass deal so I can have one media server for all my different devices, but…
I have the server running on my PC and tuner is Happauge Win-TV Dual Tuner. Have Plex app running on Nvidia Shield, Fire TV and Roku.
Live TV on my Shield refuses to play one channel…local FOX station. Have restarted server, PC server is on, app, Shield, always the same. Every channel works except this one, that tells me it lost connection to the Plex server. Can play this channel on Fire TV, PC and Roku.
Also, both the Fire TV and the Shield have issues with trying to change channels when using the tiles at the bottom of the screen when I use select to pull up the functions. If it switches to the channel, it either plays at half-speed or double speed, but just as often it errors saying recording has stopped and I have to go back to the guide to tune again. This function works fine on the Roku.
Are there any fixes to these issues?
