Incorrect number of tuners reported in use

Server Version#: 1.19.1.2621 Player Version#: Tuner Make/Model: HDHR QUATRO Plex is reporting 3 tuners in use whilst recording ITV1 (show also available in HD) whilst watching E4. [Annotation 2020-04-04 190403] [Annotation 2020-04-04 190425] [Annotation 2020-04-04 190748] Setting 2 more programs to record Plex now states 5 tuners in use. [Annotation 2020-04-04 1912055] Which is obviously wrong.

Havent rebooted the server since yesterday and problem is still there cannot tune channel on nvidia client but I can on another client fire tv stick. When quickly scrolling down the live tv guide menu, you seem to end up an hour ahead of on now. (in a diagonal direction - you start off on the left ‘on now’ and end up an hour ahead)

Ok that was wierd was watching live tv channel 5 hd on my pc web browser and halfway through the program it went back approx half an hour to the programme before ??? @ approx 19:48Plex Media Server Logs_2020-05-02_19-49-08 (1).zip (5.4 MB)

I purchased a Nvidia Shield cube (pro unavailable currently) thinking the 4k fire tv sticks are not man enough to handle live UK HD TV. However on the face of it the problems experienced are identical.
In this case during the adverts/commercials the picture paused/stopped and yet the audio continued for a while. people say that its a change in picture e.g p to i, but i wonder if its a change in audio that causes a video audio sync issue.

Live TV channels freeze within seconds on Fire Stick 4k

Treated myself to a new 4k Fire Stick on Prime day as an upgrade to my current Fire TV Gen 2 (Box) but its not being much of a treat. For some reason all HD channels on UK Freeview just freeze the display (audio keeps playing but image locked like a screenshot) after a few seconds of playing. Have to then press home mutiple times to get out and force close the app. They play fine on the older Fire TV Gen 2 but I read that the new 4k stick is supposed to be better for live tv as it can play inte…

Another thing that seems to be odd is if I watch a UKHD programme live I can run into issues with them (as outlined above) Yet if i record them and watch them back they play fine?
