Live TV jitter

I am having some problems with viewing HD channels with my HD home run prime. I get alot of jitter and frame rate drop during fast movement. Most annoyingly is some frame tearing and stripping from the interlacing. My plex server and 2 of my amazon fire tvs are hardwired to my network. The plex web app is pretty solid and I still have my WMC set up and I can play live tv fine on my xbox.

My plex server is running on windows
i3-4340
8 gb of ram

Is this just a problem with the app? I have noticed the same problem with Silicone Dusts own app. I know you guys don’t work on that but I find it interesting that I’m having the some issue from 2 apps using the same hardware.

I am also having severely poor playback issues. Shows are not even watchable it is so distracting.

I updated to the latest version hoping it would solve this issue but no luck.

If your clients are all fire TVs check that section of the forum seems it can’t handle interlaced content well and some transcoding settings may be needed
