Stuttery/jittery frame rate on Fire TV!

Greetings Plex community,

I recently installed Plex on two Fire TVs. One attached to a television and the other to a projector. The television plays back a particular file (codec: MPEG-H Part 2/HEVC (H.265) (hev1); frame rate: 23.976216) with a seemingly stuttering/jittering frame rate. The projector has no issue playing back this file whatsoever.

What could be the problem? I’ve tried what seems like every variation of video settings on Plex and Fire TV to no avail! Any help would be greatly appreciated!
