Live tv not available

I’ve recently added a HD Homerun to my network got it connected to my plex server and my program guide has populated. I’m able to setup recordings and record shows but don’t see any way to watch Live TV from the web interface, android device (phone) or my plex raspberry pie clients connected to my tvs?

I think I should see “Live TV” under Libraries but I only see the items I’ve created. Thx for the support

Plex Setup
Unraid Server Running Plex as a Docker
Plex Version 1.7.6.4058
Unraid Version 6.3.5
HomeRun Connect 20161117

Live TV through the Plex native integration only works with IOS and Android TV (Nvidia Shield, ADT-1, MiBox and Nexus Player) at this time.

But you can use this awesome little plex channel for the time being:

Hmm not sure if it supports Unraid or not… may want to ask the developer within the thread.

Is this limited release also why I cant see it on my RaspberryPi plex clients running Ras Plex 1.7.1.137?

The only supported devices for Live TV as @SiscoPlex mentioned are iOS and Android TV. If you are looking for Live TV on any other devices it will not be available. Also Live TV was not released until 1.7.2 so any supported device (iOS or Android TV) connecting to a Plex Server version 1.7.1 will not see the Live TV option either.

For the record this plug in did work on the plex unraid docker. Just download upzip and copy into plug in dir.

I am not sure I understand the question.
Install the HDHRhomerun viewer Plex channel on the server and then you will have another category called channels.
Once installed your plex clients will have access to said channel.

I hope that clears it up some, if not, I misunderstood what you were asking.

Excellent!

Hello… running win10 Pro with Plex Version 1.7.6.4058. I hate to keep asking the same questions as above, but I cannot watch live TV. The option does not exist. At this point in time, the features page “explicitly” indicates the you can record and watch live tv on ANY device, anywhere. Am I missing something somewhere. Is Android TV (etc.) something we can install on my Win 10 PC. We do not watch TV on any other device. I have totally uninstalled/reinstalled Plex and the WinTV-quad card . Same actions.
What next? Thanks

Well, the features pages is wrong then.
The ONLY devices that can currently watch Live TV on iOS devices and Android TV. (A search of these forums will point to many threads discussing this as well as a search of the FAQ will give you info on it.)
No, you cannot load Android TV on anything, they are actual devices. As @SiscoPlex stated above, these device are Nvidia Shield, ADT-1, MiBox and Nexus Player. There may be a few others as I do not use Android TV.
Currently you can sign up for the Android app beta and test that app.

What is next is to get an Android TV device or buy a Lightning>>HDMI cable for your iPad/iPhone to connect to the TV.
Or, as @SiscoPlex states you can install the Plex channel mentioned here: https://forums.plex.tv/discussion/101755/rel-hdhomerun-viewer/p1
Barring doing those things, your other option is to just wait until more clients are released.
No, there is no timetable for when that will happen. Plex does not give timetables or roadmaps for products.
