At some point one of the updates has broken Live TV again. Many of my programs that were set to record no longer record. Some that still indicated they were going to record on the DVR Schedule page, didn’t record. The search also can’t find any programs in the Live TV Guide anymore. If I manually find a program in the Guide page I can still schedule a recording but it doesn’t always appear in the DVR Schedule. Of the ones that won’t record, I’ve tried the recurring recording and single event, just New and New and Repeat. It still won’t appear on the DVR Schedule.
I’ve tried refreshing the guide, deleting the DVR and reinstalling, re-tuning all the channels and deleting and re-adding all my scheduled recordings. Nothing seems to have fixed the issue.
One of the programs that didn’t record has some errors as detailed below. I don’t know why it would be trying to create a directory when it already existed as it had recorded previous episodes. The rest of the log files didn’t go back far enough to when some of the problems had occurred.

If a NAS is involved and the mount point became unavailable or remounted then the permissions could change. Run the commands below on the host to fixup the permissions.
find /mnt/nas/TV Series -type d -exec chmod 755 {} \;
find /mnt/nas/TV Series -type f -exec chmod 644 {} \;
I thought that was possible as well and checked all permissions and they hadn’t changed. Also, other programs have been recorded without issue. Why would there be a possible permission issue on one program and not the other?
