Live TV not working on one client Win 10 PC

I have a strange problem that has me stumped - PMS on Win10 home 1903, works fine locally. PMP and web on 2 other client Win 10 Pro 1903 PCs work fine, as does it on Android TV and other android phones., and a Roku.

However on one Win 10 home PC live TV doesn’t not work - either in PMP or using a browser. In the web view clicking on ‘Live TV & DVR’ gives ‘The Guide is empty’ page and when I click on DVR settings it shows my device (WinTV-HVR-22XX) as not found. In PMP in TV mode it shows currently playing shows correctly (under On Right Now) but when I click on them I get an error ‘Unable to tune channel (Not on air)’. I’ve tried disabling windows firewall, blowing away the contents of AppData\Local\PlexMediaPlayer, reinstallling PMP, clearing history on all installed browsers, all with no success. I really can’t think of anything different about this PC.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.

I have this same issue. Did you ever figure it out??

I did and it was somewhat embarrassing - I had set the clock on the client PC wrong, PM instead of AM (or vice versa I don’t remember). As soon as I corrected it all was well.
