Live TV not working on Web or Windows, works on Android and TV

Whenever I try to play Live TV from Web and Desktop I get error messages that are not very helpful, but when playing from Mobile (Android 12, 9.13.1.37459 (39e89c99)) or TV (Nvidia Shield 2017 & Pro 2019) all channels are working fine.

Could someone please help me figure out the issue?
