I am not able to view Live TV using my Plex DVR using my Plex Pass subscription. The message “and error has occurred” on any channel I tried. Scheduled recordings are working just not Live TV. I am using HDHomeRun DVR which work fine for both DVR and Live TV so rule out a problem with my HDHomeRun tuners. Any suggestions are welcomed as Plex TV has not lived up to the advertising.

Server Version Version 3.67.1 running on Windows 10
Plex app on Fire TV not sure how to check version
The Plex web app does work however the interface is difficult to navigate so we don’t use it.
Having the same issues here too.
Info as:
Plex Server: Nvidia Shield TV v.1.13.5.5291
Android client: 7.6.2.7169
Running into “An error occurred while attempting to play this video. Please try restarting both the Plex Media Server and this app.”
I’ve restarted the server. No luck on the Plex client app for Android.
This is occuring in Android 9 and Android 7.1.2
Live TV works when viewing from a web browser though. Tried on Firefox 62.0.3 on Android 9.
