Live TV not working outside of network

Forum,

Just purchased a Homerun Prime, and set up the tuners. Everything works fine inside the network - however I am unable to view live tv via the internet. All other media is accessible (TV shows, movies), so I don’t think that this is a remote access issue (which is enabled).

Has anyone else had this problem? Are there logs available for troubleshooting this issue, or plex support?

What client are you attempting to use for remote viewing? That could matter.

I’m using the Plex Web App on firefox.

UPDATE:

It was a browser issue. FIrefox didn’t work, IE didn’t work. Chrome did.
