Plex Live TV and DVR error

I am having a problem setting up Plex Live TV.

Recently I discovered xTeve, and following some tutorials, I managed to add a few channels to Plex. Maybe to note, watching TV channels did not work until I switched Stream Buffer to ffmpeg in xTeve settings.

Following the discovery of Live TV, I went and bought the real TV Tuner for my PC (Hauppauge | WinTV-dualHD Dual TV Tuner) to use it for Plex.

I’ve set up the tuner on Windows, installed WinTV v10 apps, then scanned and got some channels that are working via that app.

Now when I added that tuner to Plex, I can see some of the channels, but opening it via mobile I get error code 5000 or on desktop (Could not tune channel Please check your tuner or antenna.).

My Plex Media Server app version is Version 1.41.4.9463, and the server update channel is set to “Public”.

I have a lifetime Plex Pass.

try using the previous version, 1.41.3.9314

I removed tuner from Plex, downgraded to version 1.41.3.9314, and reinstalled my device drivers, and now I am not even able to scan for channels anymore.

In the meantime, I contacted the Hauppauge support, and since tuner is working with the WinTV application on Windows, they instructed me that the error is on the Plex side.
