Hi. I have Plex on my computer and the app on my Samsung TV. I can watch live tv channels on my computer, but I can’t see how to do that on the TV app. Any suggestions? Thanks.
There is no Samsung TV connected to your account.
So either:
- your Sammy is too old (and therefore incompatible with the “live TV” feature)
- is not signed into your plex.tv account
- you are not using the Plex app at all but only the generic DLNA player
