Live TV OTA Add channels from another lineup / location and allowing unknown channels

This seems silly. Living in an area where I’m between multiple cities, and with the seasons channels come and go, OTA channels often change for us. I’m not sure why i should have to delete my tuner and re-add it every time just to get the option to choose another region / location. Can’t that be added when choosing manage on the edit screen below EPG location (below)?

In addition to this, please create a generic channel EGP with 1 hour blocks of “unknown” as a dummy default EPG that can be assigned to multiple channels for ones that do not yet have a real EPG for them. I get the need for an EPG for a channel on the design between live tv and DVR but why should i forced to not be able to watch it? There’s workarounds of using dummyXML channels but plex has yet to do this natively.

Delete the DVR and when you re-add it add a second zip code so the stations are available on a rescan.

I get that, but shouldn’t have to do that. I should have the option even after the fact to try and get a channel to come in the guide.
