I use Nvidia Shield and love Plex on this as server. ( HD Homerun as tuner )
Latest version is still 1.11.3.4793 as of Feb 19
No program guide since this update. How Long will this be for Fix on Nvidia Shield
I had this exact issue…after last update Program guide was empty and refreshing clicked to 1% then immediately stopped. Tried most everything the support forums were saying and nothing worked until I actually deleted the Tuner from my Plex Server and then went through totally re-adding it. now I have it back and it’s working. for me, it kept all my setting for shows I want to record.

DVR working here correctly.
A couple days ago, I woke up in the morning to find that the nightly guide update had frozen at 56%. Checked the forums and deleting and re-adding the DVR seemed to be the most reliable solution. So I did that and it started working fine again (though it took about an hour to update the EPG). Woke up today to find that it’s again frozen at 91%. I’m not going to be deleting and re-adding the DVR every couple days…this needs to be fixed.
just joined plex pass and my program guide worked briefly now it crashes my windows 10 server. new to plex but it is great! Any help I want to use my DVR also miss my verizon fios TV remote with it’s nice gui hope you develop something similar to what they have with their cable box. It is nice.
I had been using DVR/Live TV feature for 6+ months and it worked fine. Then several weeks ago I noticedd that it didn’t work and the left-hand-menu options under Settings were not showingg. I’ve upgraded to Plex media server (PMS) v1.11.3.4803 but this didn’t fix the missing Program Guide / Live tv. Also, when i try to re-connect my HDHomeRun EXTEND to the PMS, it fails to find it on it’s own (previously it could find on its own!), and instead I have to provide the IP address. Once I do that, the PVR installation goes thru all the steps of scanning for channels, accepting my zip code, and indicates:
“Setup complete!
You can now find your Program Guide and Recording Schedule in the sidebar under “Manage”. While we’re grabbing the guide data, you can start browsing; it will update automatically as we download what’s on.”
BUT, the [VIEW PROGRAM GUIDE] orange button in the lower right of that popup is dimmed and unselectable, even when waiting a long time.
Also, after all of that, the PVR / Live TV options fail to show up in the PMS left-hand menu even when restart the PMS server.
It’s frustrating to be a life-long Plex Pass user and to experience sudden and unfixed regressions in the software like this one!!

Any comments from the Plex Ninjas? Anyone else have suggestions?

Same problem here. Upgrading to 1.12.0.4829 on my Synology NAS did not fix the problem. Have deleted DVR & started over multiple times, but still not loading the EPG. Fails after 1%.
1.12.0.4829 was worse than 1.11.3.4803 for me. I had to downgrade to 1.10.1.4602 to get things working again and being able to watch live TV.
