Does anyone know when live tv might be available for the Roku/Fire TV

Plex never gives eta. Never.
I wish they would tell us. I’ve got a Fire TV, and football season is starting Thursday. I’d like to be able to watch the games live. I’m thinking of buying an Android TV, but don’t want to waste my money if support for Fire TV is coming out in a month or so.

Read FireTV just got an update with the Plex AndroidTV UI, is livetv not included?
It is included @KarlDag however no release notes which is odd

They must have heard me, because not an hour after I posted this comment, my Plex App on my Fire TV updated with the Live TV/DVR Support. Woohoo!
You can also go to settings on the fire TV and sync amazon account which updates the Plex app immediately.
