Hey all,
Just tried live TV on my Shield and it’s working ok, this is great but ironically my Shield TV is the last place I need Live TV supported with Plex as I already have it with Live Channels. My question is whether I can share Live TV with friends who have iOS or Android TV at the moment?
Currently Live TV is limited to only the server admin, but sharing it with other users is an interesting one! 
Just checking in … any luck / updates on this?

I don’t know if this can legally be offered. Sharing cable with “neighbors” is illegal, and broadcasting local channels to areas they don’t broadcast is also illegal.

This should be legal - depending on how it’s used. I want it for family members (living in the same house, but I don’t want them on my account, as they accidentally delete MY recordings! … :-().

Legality is in the end users control not the hardware or software providers.
Agreed - then it’s on the end user (as it should be … ;))
