Live TV starts then stops and will not play on my Google Chromecast 4k streaming device

Player Version#: google chromecast 4k white.

Live TV starts then stops and will not play on my Google Chromecast 4k streaming device. The sound comes on for only a second then it reverts back to TV guide.
Can anyone help me?
