I just subscribed to Plex Premium (Australia) and I’m unable to find any of the advertised channels? How can I set up Bein or any of the other sport channels?
Plex does not provide the channels. That is just a list of potential channels available in your area based on the service provider you selected in the drop down. Looks like you selected a cable provider. To get these channels you will need a digital tuner that supports a cable card, and then get a cable card from your cable provider.
Why is this not disclosed on your webage? I wouldn’t buy your subscription if this was the case.
Bottom of this page from the main website makes it pretty clear… you’ll need an antenna or cable card for Live TV:

Scroll down a bit just below the header and and the first line of the first paragraph says:
“With Plex Live TV and DVR you can watch and record high definition, over-the-air television broadcasts using a digital tuner and antenna.”
If this is not what you thought Plex was, please write to our billing department through our contacts page. They can help you out.
