Only appearing on iOS with latest build if you have Plex channels Live Tv enabled in ‘online media sources’.
Unsure if this is known or not.
That sounds like it’s by design.
If you’ve disabled live-tv streaming in the online media sources, this option isn’t supposed to show up.
Should still appear as a tab unless they have changed decided to change it.
This is a message from a plex employee when I asked about the live channels:
If you’ve fully disabled our free Live TV service, but have your own DVR set up, you should find that as a source under your server entry in the More menu of the navigation sidebar in the app. You can pin that entry to appear in your sidebar normally.
There is still a bunch of work needed for Server DVR Live TV stuff. Afaik the tab is not supposed to go way in the end if you have an accessible server DVR Tuner.

I did wonder about the current state of Server DVR, as if I try and select my guide, what’s on etc the app just crashes out and didn’t know whether I should report it.
I have the same issue - the app crashes when trying to select the guide for my DVR.
